  • Worst apartment complex ever. And it looks like most other reviews are the same. Homeless people live on porches in complex and they harass certain tenants about shading on porches there are some people that can have shading and some cant.... discrimination in small areas all the time on their rules Not the same rules for all tenants. They had a building burn down from their maintenance man trying to fix an air conditioner unit and the only person the rehoused out of 2 units was their maintenance guy everyone else had to find some other place to live. Scorpion have taken home in the walls of the building they drop down in to your light fixtures if you are lucky and you have to just wait till they die because the maintenance people wont do anything about them and roaches everywhere, just look around when you walk up under sidewalks you can see the roaches over flowing out of their hiding places. Documented shooting, terrorist lived lived in the complex so the :background check" doesnt mean anything... tons of police activity just ask around heck go ask a cop for that matter if you dont need to believe me they know of the complex very well. You can paint thing pretty but you cant hide the shit inside The leaders and upkeepers of the complex lack in knowledge of a proper way to maintain a complex.
