  • I came here for an oil change. An hour after I arrived, I was told they had to go get oil for my car...why it took an hour to figure that out is beyond me. I asked them to check my fluid levels, since my coolant light was on. They said they did, but the light was still on when I left. I looked on YouTube to find out how to check it myself...sure enough, the coolant level was low. And my windshield washer fluid was completely out. If someone like me, who is clueless about vehicles, can find out how to check and fill these things, I don't know why the people at Ted Weins can't. Won't be going back.
