| - Very disappointed. We've been renting my son's saxophone, going on 3 years now. He plays in a middle school band and takes private lessons each week. There was a leak in the instrument. I brought it in, he said it would take 5 days, finally I pick it up and it still isn't fixed correctly. So, I drive the 40 min. one way to get it repaired again. I asked if I could have a loaner saxophone, because my son plays everyday and needs it, he said I would have to pay $30 (on top of the $58 I already pay each month) to get a loaner. I begrudgingly did so my son wouldn't have to miss his lesson and band practice. Low and behold, we get it back, almost a week later, still not fixed correctly! I went back a 3rd time, when they said they replaced the pad (but didn't fix the leaks). I decided to find someone who could actually fix his instrument properly. I found an instrument repair man, had to pay $112, but it only took him two days. As soon as his instrument is paid off, we won't have anything to do with Allegro, ever.
