  • I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the transmission whenever I shifted, and when the car hit a bump. The squeaking worsened, so I scheduled an appointment with the subaru dealer. On the way to the dealer, the shifter felt like it had come undone, and made grinding noises. It looks like woodies did not correctly re-assemble the shifter after they replaced the clutch.
