  • ***ROACHES ON BED**** I decided on the Days Hotel (Days Inn) after seeing a good price on groupon and deciding out of the couple of options this one looks the best. I turned to yelp and trip advisor for ratings and it seemed ok. The guy at check in was really friendly and genuinely seemed to love his job. The exterior was run down and kind of dumpy looking. Doors were dirty, but check in area looked ok. The rooms weren't like the picture but seemed decent. The rooms got a little hot even with the ac but I figured it's Phoenix so it was probably too hot to cool down to my normal home setting. But here's where the review takes a three star to a one: I woke up this morning to a live roach next to my head!!!!!!!!! Omg I was so disgusted and scared (100% fear of roaches) I jumped up and called the desk to have them remove it. It took them about ten to fifteen minutes to get it. The guy who killed it was apologetic but nothing from the front desk this morning. No apology, no concern of how we slept, NOTHING! The whole situation was handled poorly. I won't ever go back. I thank the check in guy and the one who came to get it and did apologize, but that's the extent of my gratitude and I never want to see that place again!!
