  • This is one of the most UNreliable companies. They make false promises, fail to answer emergency calls, and expect you to wait all day for a repair person. If they are assigned to service your air conditioner or heater because you have a home warranty, plan to wait for days for an appointment and then they will call with excuses of why they cannot make it.
