  • Terrible experience...I went here because of all the good reviews. I called, made an appt, told them I wanted a hair cut, they said it would be $27. I arrive, stylist sounds competent and I think I'm in for a treat...well my stylist asks me if I want more texturizing on top and I said can you dry it and then I will be able to tell. She said I'm not drying it. I was like what? And she said you just asked for a cut, not dry and style that would be $55 and I don't have time for that. I asked if I could borrow a dyer and do it myself and she said we don't have any extras... She said again do you want me to take more off, I said I don't know as it's wet and I need it dry to see if it needs more...and she's like I can't do that. So I had to leave with WET hair!!! I go to pay and she's like do you want to add more on, like a tip??? I'm like you know I'm pissed and you have the nerve to ask me for a tip?? I do not recommend this salon. It is not modern, it's ala cart and they don't tell you, and you can find somewhere else to go that's way better in the service department!!!
