  • Start: we called to make sure the jeep was there, the receptions said it was available, we get there, walk around and see the jeep has a license plate on it and temporary tags. We are pissed, we talk to the salesman and manager and they said it is available because someone canceled the contract with them after owning it due to a radiator leak and the dealership offered to fix it for free but the women insisted to return it after the owner said they offered to fix it for free because she didn't have her own mechanic (suspicious) they couldn't find the keys after I called telling them we are coming (keep in mind we told them in advance we were coming and it was a hour and 30 minutes commute with multiple tolls) (suspicious) we waited for about 45 minutes to 1 hour still no keys. They allowed us to look inside and it was dirty with bottles and bags from food places and dirty everywhere. They offered to drive the car down to us after this mishap which was pretty nice of them but it seemed to be included someone in the total of the car hence $900 for taxes and a $165 fee for a license plate to transfer pass state lines. The only offer they made for us after driving there with a jeep what was still needing to be serviced and they couldn't find the keys for is $200 off the price of the jeep after it being listed for $16,300 with 88,000 miles before the person canceled so I am sure it is around 90,000+ some now. The jeep even with 88,000 is overpriced by kelly blue book (KBB.com) with 10,000 more yearly miles even with 88,000 miles already on it. Very unprofessional business and the forever warranty they offer seems to be misleading due to reviews of people complaining of the them ignoring them when trying to contact them through there warranty service to fix their car.
