  • First off, let me say I'm an Emergency Nurse so I know what I'm talking about! I don't know why there are lower reviews, I'm assuming the wait. However, waits go with urgent care and ER and there's not much to be done. We have had Renee as our provider numerous times and she is FANTASTIC. She has been so good with my kids when I've brought them, and she saw both my husband and I for strep last week. She is thorough, knowledgeable and kind, and I wish she would be a primary care provider. From the front desk to the staff in the back, I have never had a bad experience. They are always helpful. Yesterday there was a two hour wait, so the front desk person told us we could do something else and come back in about an hour. This was great, because my daughter has strep and was miserable, so we were able to go home so she could lie down for a while. When we came back, after about 10 minutes we were called back. They call in your prescriptions, there's never any waiting once they have done that. I am glad this staff is there. They do a great
