I've been using Diamondback drugs to compound 2 different medications for my very low-weight Maine Coon cat. I had bad experiences with my first 2 orders that were placed but never shipped even after I authorized payment. Both times the Customer Service representative on the phone apologized profusely and expedited the shipping at no extra charge to me. Since then, I've been a very happy customer. I've received multiple orders on time and with 100% accuracy. Everything arrives safely packaged and they include fresh syringes with liquid medications (as well as treats for my kitty!) That being said, I *always* call to place my refill order because I haven't had good experiences with their online refill system. While it is easy to use, the follow-up when you order online is terrible. My pet is on steroids and the vet has to reauthorize every refill which means Diamondback has to call my vet each time. The online refill ordering system doesn't seem to be set up to trigger the call to the vet so the refill order just sits in the system. Talking to a customer service person on the phone to place the refill order fixed that problem for me. In addition, when I call in the refill the person on the phone always asks me if I want regular or expedited shipping. I couldn't figure out how to make the online system provide that option when I previously tried to order a refill. I've been a customer for 6 months and am overall very happy with the service and grateful that Diamondback is able to compound the medications my cat needs but that I can't find locally.
