  • Got a coupon for a $12.95 Oil Change, full service synthetic blend. Sounds great right? I called and made an appointment, told them my info, car, and referenced the great offer on oil change. I show up two days later for my appointment and they tell me, "oh you need the full synthetic oil change and thats $49.95". I've been here before so maybe this was a one-off situation, but I've had my vehicle serviced at a dealer for no more than $22.00 ever. I wish they had told me this when I made the appointment instead of taking off work to get this done. To be told I require a full-synthetic and it will be $40 more than what I booked in for once I was there in-person leaves me feeling bamboozled. Probably won't be back.
