  • Hmmm...I'm mixed about this location, mainly because there weren't any sausage samples during my visit! AND it was around lunch time. :( In all seriousness, I usually go to the other location on Dundas/427, so it's about getting used to the different layout. During my day visit, this location was as close to as empty as a Starsky can get! No honking outside in the parking lot, no people waiting for your spot, no bumping into others. So, if you don't like it busy, avoid, avoid, AVOID the weekends. With a Costco right next door, this location gets extremely busy! Bonus points. What this location also had that the other location didn't was a mini "salad bar". And by salad bar, I literally mean salads that you select yourself and pay as per weight. It was $1.99/100g and everything looked fresh! I don't know how else to say this, but I find shopping here, as opposed to other ethnic grocery stores, somewhat more civilised. People seem to have a little more patience other than my own tribespeople.
