  • We are currently a resident of San Milan. Dog Owners: If you're moving here just like we did for the dog park.... Beware! They recently changed the dog park hours due to a couple of crabby residents that complained about noise that live near the park. They literally lock it up at night and forget to open it in the morning. It's super inconvenient! The old hours were 7am-10pm they are now 7ish am- 9pm. If you're an 8-5 work schedule you'll be fine. I personally have a hyper dog and like to run out her energy right before bed..... Hmmmm at about 9ish until after 9:30 sometimes...once I've finally settled into the house. Now my dog does not get to run and play...Thanks a lot San Milan and the crabby neighbors who are idiots for living on top of the dog park. You've just ruined the only time this sweet little Boston gets to chase a ball. The point is to future residents, they are very open to make MAJOR changes without even a beat! I am super frustrated about this because I leased with certain hours and now they are different. I would not have leased here had I known it would change without even consulting with dog owners. Not even a little detective work to see which dog "barks" at the late 9pm hour. Bottom line is... I do not go to a kid's play ground then complain about the kids screaming. If you are so worried about dog noise.... Why would you have moved near the park? Much less now complain? Come on San Milan, did you even think this through??? By the way, I am down there every night and I live very close to the park.... I have never had issues with noise nor do the dogs excessively bark. The owners here are actually pretty on top of their dog's barking.
