A pretty interesting concept -- fresh, handmade ice cream right before your eyes!
STEPS TO MAKING YOUR ICE CREAM:
1.) Choose your ice cream base flavor.
2.) Choose your dairy (whole, low-fat, non-fat, or soy milk).
3.) Choose your mix-in/toppings.
I was on the escalator on my way to the monorail when I noticed this little ice cream spot and saw the staff pounding ice cream on a metal pan. After 15 minutes of contemplating if I had any more room
in my stomach after a big lunch (who am I kidding?! There's always room for ice cream!) my boyfriend and I decided to try the soy milk watermelon ice cream with mangos and raspberries. Sounds weird I know, but it actually tasted pretty good and seemed much healthier then regular ice cream. Not to mention there's always something always intriguing about seeing food being made fresh before your eyes.
