  • This is the most poorly run establishment I have ever been to. I went to the store with my friend, the bride, and the rest of her bridal party. We all stated that we were interested in purchasing our dresses that day. The store owner had no interest in helping us. We sat around and waited for a very long time. Her daughters were in the store, playing with her computer, which she was supposed to be using for the business. When we were finally asked to be helped, she acted like she did not even want our business. She acted as if it were a big hassle for her! We wrote down our size information on a pad of paper that I was seriously worried she was going to lose. She has very poor customer service, I don't feel as if she wants or appreciates my business. The only reason I bought from her is because the rest of the bridal party was purchasing from her. I highly recommend staying FAR FAR way from this shop for any needs. Terribly run.
