  • Stick to your salon! I walked in and saw 4 staff on duty. 3 of the 4 were eating Chinese food out in the open where customers can see. The owner asked me if I can wait for a few mins since they just started having lunch. The nail tech who I guess cuts hair part time asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd like a wash & a trim. She said, "Um, a wash is an extra $5". I thought to myself, even if it's $20 extra, I still want a wash. I swear, she did not even wipe or wash her hands after eating her Chinese food. While washing my hair, she rambled stories about her kid, her Mother etc etc which I could care less about. Once she started cutting my hair, I noticed she had the "shakes". OMG, I was so nervous she'll butcher my hair. Her trim took almost 45 mins & at the very end, she said "you're done." My hair was all wet! I HAD to ask her to blow dry my hair. I will NEVER go back to this salon & I wouldn't be surprised if they close in the next few months. Not recommended AT ALL. Owner sent a reply and he is BITTER, Super LOL. Can't take constructive criticism like a REAL man. No wonder this salon is always dead & hardly any customers go back or go at all. Owner is an amateur business person. He should've just opened a salon in his backyard & cut his dogs hair. Even then, they probably will bite him for being lousy.
