  • We decided to to Switch to Spectrum about a month ago. When the tech guys came out the first man couldn't hook up our services then didn't have the order right and in the middle of trying he just looked at me and said should I just pack my stuff up and leave.. Very rude.. pricing hasn't been the same from the start I was told 128.00.. and no where near that now with less service.. And 3 techs laters.. With one tech messing up our yard.. Being talked to rudely on the phone not really caring of the customer.. Being told one thing and doing something different... Very Disappointed
