  • Mike From All city Refrigeration, Terrible customer service! Walks in my house with dirty work boots, does not bother to bring booties with him. Complained about the freezer not being emptied when there was not much in there and would take less than 30 seconds to empty. Says to me "didnt your wife tell you that this needed to be emptied?" After a few minutes he asks me if i know about mechanics cause he wanted to give me an analogy about how my compressor was bad and i needed a new fridge. Then when it was time to pay him 70 bucks for being here for less than 10 minutes, he says i can pay with a credit card but absolutely not over the phone. Than then i get the condescending " well didnt your wife tell you that you can't pay over the phone, cause i already told her". Mike is a dick and overpriced. Call someone else over to your house. Absolutely do not give this guy business. Because he does treat his business like one, and is not professional. Who answers a business phone "repair man" Then if you asks for his name he answers "The repair man"
