  • Big fat zero. Finance, (j.j.), continued his sales pitch on a warranty after I expressed the fact I wasn't interested, and needed to leave at 2:45 for an apt. Told me we were almost finished. I tried another tactic, I would come back in the morning to finalize the paperwork, he said I could do that, but all he needed was a signature and we were done. Well I got another sales pitch and why I sat there politely listening to this nonsense I had no interest in, I don't know, but I certainly regret not walking out. I tried one more time to excuse myself, to no avail. I missed my appt. of course causing a real inconvenience. I also got talked into buying more car than I was prepared to purchase. Will skip the service dept. after that ordeal. I am still upset.
