  • I was a resident for a year and a half. The location was great but rent was inflated. I put down a $399 refundable deposit and at move out was told I never paid a deposit. So they are keeping the $399 even though my signed lease and cost sheet state that deposit is refundable. To top that off I received a bill in the mail for a cleaning fee of $75 when I left the apartment clean. In addition they remodeled the entire apartment therefore there shouldn't be a cleaning fee according to the leasing office. While living there maintenance was terrible. The appliances and plumbing were very old making it an uncomfortable living situation. While living there the lock on my storage was changed twice so I couldn't access my belongings and some of my belongings went missing. When we moved out we forgot our bikes on the rack and our lock was cut and one bike was stolen while the other remained there with a cut lock. Oh I almost forgot our laundry was stolen as well. Do not live here as they will try to squeeze out any penny they can.
