| - Shady, shady, shady. Do yourself a favor and buy from the corporate store in Boca. I wish we had. Have used that store for years to buy phones for my business, but decided to try this one since we live 5 minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Traded in our old phones and bought a Samsung Galaxy 7 and 7 edge, plus two cases, a wireless charger and a screen protector for my wife's phone. Total ticket north of $1500. Our sales guy recommended and kept pushing the screen protector, so my wife agreed and he put it on for her. We're in a rush to get to dinner with friends, but as we're leaving the store she notices the screen protector doesn't even cover the entire screen, leaving 1/8 inch gaps on either side. So we turn around before we even get to the car to let our sales guy know, he assures us no problem, test it out, it's "designed that way". By the time we arrive at our friends house my wife had decided she hated the screen protector, it didn't even seem to be the right one for the phone. Long story short they refuse to take it back or issue store credit, a $29 item that they probably have a 50% markup on, since we left the store with it. So now they have some angry customers - we've been with Verizon now about 10 years- and I'm telling my friends, everyone I know to stay away from this business. Over a screen protector. What can you say about a business that sells you the incorrect product, then uses the "gotcha" tactic of telling you that they can't resell it once it's been opened and left the store, so you are stuck with it? What I say is good riddance- won't be surprised if this place shutters even before their lease is up.
