  • Visited on Bastille Day. Surprisingly no observance of Bastille Day at the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas. Its a special day for my hometown French restaurants. Special menus, celebration, etc. On to the experience. Excellent service for Las Vegas. Prompt, Professional, Courteous. Missing the warmth of the relationship you have with your home town French restaurant but otherwise very good service. The food experience was quite good. Frankly (see what I did there ;-) ) outstanding for Las Vegas strip standards. The Beef Wellington was a nice change from my usual filet with truffle sauce. My wife loved the porkchop. The Soufflee desert was magnifique. Pricey wine list. Decent Calvados selection.
