  • This company is ridiculous. The driver didn't know how to calculate the costs and I'm not sure if we're paying the correct amount. Secondly, we told the company we'd like to have our furniture delivered on 9/27/17. We called a day in advance and we were told our furniture hadn't been manifested to be delivered on 9/27. I called customer and held for 25 mins before hanging up. I called back and expressed that we needed our furniture and asked to speak with someone about the driver not being able to calculate the cost correctly. He said our furniture would be covered as worth $22,000. We only had maybe $2000 worth of things being moved. I was transferred to a gentleman by the name of Glen. Glen hung up on me because I was being professional by being upset about my furniture. I didn't use any profanity or any derogatory terms yet he hung up on me. I called the company on 9/27 at least 10 times only to get voicemail by 4PM central time. Once I finally got through I was told their internet was down. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED, INCONSIDERATE AND LIARS.
