  • It took several phone calls, and our screens were still not installed until two weeks after the date they scheduled. Last straw was when I called on a Thursday and was told to call back on Friday, then on Friday, the person handling my order was out of the office for the day and no one else could help me. As small business owners, my wife and I try to use local small businesses whenever possible. The service and communication were bad enough that I will tell anyone who asks not to use this company. I don't like writing negative reviews, but this one was deserved.
