  • The overweight and under educated swing manager needs to learn how to talk to guests and inform his employees of proper closing times of certain areas. After being told by his employee that the play area closes at 9:30, we were informed at 9:25, the ignorant manager then comes in and tells us at 9:27 that it's been closed since 9pm and we need to "get out". After telling him that his employee just informed us we had 5 more minutes he began yelling at me saying "I'm the manager and I said it's closed!" After a few choice words spoken between the two of us we just packed up and left. I will never go to this McDonald's again!
