For me, I'm all about customer service. I remember working for J.P. Morgan Chase and the CEO, Jamie dimon, telling us that if we see a line outside our bank and we have money in the drawer we darn well better open early and accommodate. If a regular customer knocked on my door 8 minutes after closing (while our open sign was still illuminated) I would not mouth the words, "we are closed." I would open the door and make them feel like a valued, important part of my business because heck, they are. Apparently cartridge world does not share in this philosophy :-(
