  • Dr. Wurm might be really great, she certainly has positive reviews, but if you can't get through inept and poor run office procedures to actually see the provider...??? I waited 90 mins today and finally left. She never touched base w/ me about my appointment, such as introducing herself or even letting me that or why she was running so late. Bummer. I get that doctors are often subject to the schedulers but still. I hope she sees this review, it would be great to actually make her acquaintance and perhaps become a patient, based on these other reviews.
