  • I wanted to surprise my team of 10 employees with manicures, as a thank you for hard work in meeting an important deadline. I called Le Grand Orchid to make the appointment for 10 of us. The gentleman I spoke with said they would be able to do 5 of us at a time, and then the other 5 immediately after. Perfect! We would be in and out in 1.5 hours tops. We showed up for the appointment and the "owner" (who wouldn't even look me in the eye) told us they were short staffed, and could only take one person at a time. I told her that was unacceptable, that we had made the appointment, and relayed to her what I was told when booking. She was adamant that nobody told me that. OK so I lied? Horrible customer service. We ended up going to the other nail place in the mall, which gladly fit us in with no problem. Not sure how our manicures would have turned out, but due to the terrible service, I'll never find out!
