First 2017 Vegas meal after 6+ hours of flying at the M Resort. Decided to sit at open kitchen bar and enjoy the food prep show which did not disappoint. Knowledgeable waiter gave good recommendations that were spot on. Opening bread was the weakest part of meal as they were not even warmed or heated at all, no butter but there was olive oil and balsamic vinegar sitting right in front of me that I used to make a dipping sauce. Now all the good. First course was the well seasoned and dressed Caesar salad of mixed greens with crotons and shaved Parmesan, hello. Then 2 perfect veal cutlets covered in Marsala wine and mushroom that screamed at my palette. Finished this feast off with baked ziti with grilled pancetta and peas served in boiling hot bowl with a slightly burned crunchy rigatoni top that brought tears of joy to my eyes. The food came fast and piping hot, good portions for an extremely reasonable price. I left smiling and happy, a winner.
