  • Much to my dismay, the BF and I stopped in for a gelato fix and there was a new guy behind the counter, the gelato looked different and all the decor was gone. I asked and the surfer dude who was wearing a chef's coat and a knit skull cap while working behind the counter confirmed that the ownership had changed. Yikes! He claims the gelato master sold him all the recipes, but I am skeptical. The gelato I had was okay, but nothing like before. I worry that the magic is gone.
