  • DO NOT take your dog here for grooming. While picking up my pet, I witnessed one of the groomers yelling and jerking the dog collar on a dog's neck because it wouldn't get up on the table like she wanted it to. Just after that, the other groomer, with the butch/buzzed head and slave ring in her nose, was chastising and talking very loud and mean at a small Spaniel to keep still and quit moving, while she was trying to trim its head. Aren't you supposed to expect an animal to move a little bit? And none of the groomers seemed very happy at what they're doing, as if they hated their job. Management really needs to correct this !
