  • ULTA is pretty average in every state--higher than regular retail, but usually not worth it anyway. Other beauty stores have more quality of products. Some of the stuff this place sells is just ehhh. This ULTA is very organized, however, with a polite staff and a salon. It's not too crowded either. I went in here to buy a curling wand, but I helped myself out in the store by looking up reviews on the product I wanted! The good thing is that the product is awesome :)
