The best part of going to The Egg I Am is DiLynn. She was just delightful. At the end of our meal she asked our names. The next day we came back for kale juice after a hike and she remembered our names.
Our meals were delicious too! I had the huevos rancheros and they were outstanding. You have to get the green pork sauce...oh my. Flavorful, just the right spice. My husband had the breakfast burrito and was equally delish. And their potatoes were really yummy.
If we lived in the area, this would definitely be a go to spot!
