  • Today we ordered a Kitchenaide dishwasher and kitchen faucet online but only to receive a call that our online order was canceled because they didn't carry it at this exact location. We explained that it was an online order and that we want it delivered we don't necessarily want it from this exact location, but she insisted it cannot come from their store on Ocotillo. My husband then asks if she can't look for another store that carries those product then ship it to us... her reply was "no, you have to order it because you're the one who wants it..." awesome! This location has the most incompetent employees! This is not the first incident something like this happened. A couple of months ago, we had a appointment with their kitchen designer to come out to our house to give us a quote on a large kitchen project. The said designer did not call or show up... calls a week later asking if I still want her to come to our house for a quote. Really?!
