Kirk fixed our 60 inch Samsung Smart TV for a fraction of what it would have cost us to replace it. After a year and a half, the TV started losing picture quality after it would be on for an hour. We were pretty upset since the TV was expensive and no longer under warranty. We figured we would have to replace the TV but decided to call Picture Perfect first - so glad we did! Kirk was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He even gave us the option of dropping the TV off or paying a modest fee for a service call - so worth it and so glad we called him! The TV is good as new.
