  • While I love the dress I purchased here, I haven't been happy with the customer service. All of my alteration appointments have been late, sometimes by more than half an hour. I also had a difficult time communicating with the store to see when my dress would be in. Someone would say they'd get back to me and never did. This happened several times until I finally complained to the manager and got an immediate answer. You are just a number here.
