  • I walked in and was greeted briefly, then dismissed. I picked my color and stood around waiting to be directed.. To a chair or to be asked to wait, either would've been fine as long as someone acknowledged me. Finally the Main lady sat me but I just had a very poor experience here. It all started when the lady filing my nails for my acrylic full set who was bending and twisting my fingers to the point that it hurt, which made me tense up more. Then I accidentally moved my hand/arm forward towards the lady out of being uncomfortable and the lady pushed back and said not to push on her.... Uh ok? Not to mention, She burned and cut me several times while filing too. I asked her several times to file my nails a certain way, and she would not do it for me the way I wanted them... If I'm paying for it then I want it to be as close as how I normally like it ir how I ask for that matter. At the end of it, the lady put my hands down after polish and clear coat, I asked for a fan or a dryer and she almost threw a fit to get me one... No way I'm leaving with wet nails! Left super unhappy, went home and fixed my nails... Call me a perfectionist, but I know what good customer service is, and I will never return here for that reason. Next time my usual place is closed I'll resort elsewhere. To me this is a wanna be high end nail shop who can barely get by with high end work. Save your money
