  • My aunt and I went to check out the Elantra to get a better idea of our options. Jim Burns approached us in a very unobtrusive and friendly manner. He is not your stereotypical car salesman. He was very friendly, knows his product and was very informative. He let us know all of our financial options, the vehicle options and helped us to find out what would be best for me. From past experience at other dealerships, after test driving a car I've learned to expect that the salesman is going to push me to buy today. Jim was a pleasant surprise. He didn't push, he summed up our options and let us know he was available anytime to answer further questions. In fact, later in the day we texted him about an auto insurance question and he was very quick to respond. To sum it up, Jim is an excellent representative for Hyundai and if I decide the Elantra is for me I will only be buying from him.
