  • I was so excited to try this salon I went in and had a full set done my techs name was Quincy he was so rude to me made me feel like he has better things to do During my visit he asked what I wanted I told him and I was trying to talk and be friendly with him so I asked his name and he pointed to his business card and I asked how his day was he said fine he did not even bother to ask about mine or anything I got the hint and kept quiet While Quincy was doing my nails he actually cut my pinky and did not apologize he said oh your nervous hmmm I get my nails done often why would i be nervous also he would squeeze my hand tight and pull on my arm he just made me feel unwelcome he then decided to answer a FaceTime call and I can understand not once did he say excuse me I have to take this he did not and the conversation was so loud in another language and it was so rude that he couldn't have a small conversation with me but no problem answering his phone and ignoring me I then was going to the pedicure chairs and was going to have a polish change and decided cuz he was so fast I have time for a full he said he had another client in and said only time for a polish change which is ok just how he said it he did a horrible job and left and said u leave in 10 minutes he never said than you nothing so I will not return
