I went to Fresh Kabob over the weekend on the recommendation of a friend. Overall, not a bad experience. The service was relatively quick and you have a nice view of the planes landing at the airport. The prices are fairly standard for the type of cuisine they serve. However, the chicken and beef kubideh I ordered had more of a southwest Asian flavor to it whereas I was expecting Persian style food. The difference is that the Pakistani/Afghani version is spicier as opposed to the Iranian way of preparing the same dish that's not spicy at all. Although the distinction is subtle, it may be important to some people. Also, there was no grilled tomato included with the meal, which is a hallmark of Persian kubideh. The food was still okay. The rice and naan that came with the kubideh were both good, but people should know that this is not an authentic Persian restaurant.
