  • Our son Erik lives in a second home we bought about 9 years ago for my mom and him to live in. He called me yesterday about a loud clattering noise coming from his air-conditioning unit. I called Controlled Comfort about the problem and Kyle arrived around 3:45 as scheduled. They had tuned up the unit about 10 months ago. I expected to face needing an entire unit. Kyle is currently replacing just the motor as it was probably going to quit within the next six months! So, a new motor, tune-up and 2 lbs of freon. Pleasant surprise!!
