  • I was physically assaulted twice by an instructor, Marlon, because he thought I had a bad attitude and needed to be taught a lesson. When I alerted management, they gave me a canned response ("we take this very seriously" etc) and explicitly told me that it would be handled internally and I wouldn't hear about any action taken. Don't expect there to be any accountability for what happens in this course.
