The facility is clean and architecturally beautiful.
BUT why would they concrete the decking of a pool in 100+ degree days in AZ?!?!? It's slippery and hot on your feet. Saw someone slip and hit their head - an ambulance was called to take her to the hospital for a concussion.
The ratio of pool guest to lifeguards seems to be 3:1.
Each time there is an injury instead of taking the person up to the first aid room all 50 guards blow their whistles and corral every single guest out of the pool and the entire pool area. You are not allowed to find your children or grab your towels or even a water! It's an absurd practice. I will not return. I agree that if the guards are dealing with an emergency people should get out of the pool but to corral everyone off the grounds is a bit much.
