rev:text	I don't know how this happened, but this review was for Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Tempe, AZ on Guadalupe Rd/McClintock, and when I bring up my review, it is under the hospital in NC. I am now posting this review on what Yelp is showing me is the Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Tempe, AZ, which is where it should be. I don't even want to give them one star, but it won't let me go further until I do. RUN FROM THIS PLACE, HARD AND FAST. I called them yesterday and explained to the incompetent front desk staffer that I am treating for breast cancer and funds are a little scarce right now. I told her that one of my dogs has pudding fecal w/ blood; she said that since Dr. Capwell or whatever her name is has seen her before, I don't have to bring her in for an exam, that I can just drop off her fecal and for $53 they will run all the parasites and then if they need to give me a script for any meds, they will. Her results came back negative and as suspect she may have eaten a piece of grass or weed that had chemical on it; its been very windy here and anything could have blown her way. I never heard from them at all. I called today and had to ask for my dogs fecal results and then she said they would not call in any prescription for her until I brought her in for an exam, completely different then what she told me when I paid her the $53. They are all out for the money only and are scammers. I demanded my money back since I feel I was scammed. I told her that if they did not refund me that I would write my story on the internet and file a complaint with the veterinarian board. Do you know that she said she did not care about either one. Real classy!
