  • I booked this hotel through booking.com.. and when I got there the receptionist asked me numerous questions! !! It felt very cold and inappropriate.. I was there for 4 days and whole time I felt very uncomfortable. ..they have a very bad customer service.. incompetent people are running the front desk!! The location of the hotel was great,it takes 15 to 2o minutes to the downtown area. .Rooms were clean and comfortable ..view from my room was good..in the night it looked better... the best part of this hotel is the restaurant. ..I ate dinner and breakfast there... Food was surprisingly good ,very well prepared and sophisticated in taste. ..service was good..usually people don't dine in there.. u have to go downstairs in the lounge area and go to the front desk then they will give u the menu ...and then u can have a great meal...! Unfortunately because of the unprofessional customer service I have to give them 2 stars..
