  • My car was at the shop for a few days with a major mechanical problem, and I needed to get some urgent errands done. I rented a car for the first time in Las Vegas, and I was not disappointed! Ryan, Addie, and Jim were terrific. Addie picked me up at my home. They upgraded me to an SUV (but I wanted to drive a compact or mid size because I like smaller cars). They accommodated me no problem, gave me a fair price, processed the paperwork double-quick, gave me a clean, safe car, and I was on my way. No fuss, no muss. When I returned the car, they got me out the door and drove me back home. The whole experience was hassle-free, which I absolutely LOVE in this world of bureaucracy and delays. These people are efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Thanks, Enterprise Summerlin! I will rent again if I need to.
