  • I called Miguel early yesterday morning about my TV not powering up. He was very responsive and agreed to come out the same day. I told him that it was an older unit and did not want to invest money if the repair would not give me a fairly good chance of several more years of use. It turned out to need a repair to the power source and a reasonable quote was provided considering the cost of replacement. Miguel felt the repair would allow me 5-7 more years of use. While that is an unknown at this point, I felt it was worth investing in. They repaired the TV within an hour and even helped me hook up another TV to my system at no additional cost. Miguel and his assistant were very polite and respectful to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will use them again.
