  • TW raised my internet rates twice in 18 months and called it "a discount", WTF. When it runs it's super fast (33m) but the connection is erratic. Customer service is typical for telecoms and the installation was sloppy. The only reason I have to give them two stars is because I was stuck for years with Comcast and that was MUCH worse.
