  • For the most part, the gym is usually pretty clean and always well-stocked with towels. One of the things I like most about this franchise is that it's locations are ALWAYS open 24 hrs. The staff is not THE friendliest and most helpful I've ever seen, but... it's all good! The most annoying thing I find about this gym is the loud music!.... Many times it's so loud it interferes with my focus and concentration. Most people who want to listen to music during there workout will bring an iPod or other gadget with them, so it's not necessary for the gym to try and entertain it's user's, especially when your customers can have such a varying degree of interest in genres.... a user who likes country music might have his or her focus interrupted when a loud burst of acid rock is being played over the loud (and I mean, LOUD) speaker! and vice-versa.
