DO NOT patronize this particular Dunkin Donuts due to the fact they are prejudicial during various downtown events in terms of PATRONS who purchase goods at their respective business and then are NOT permitted to use their restroom facility. This is particularly discriminatory towards women and, specifically, pregnant women! In accordance with the Pennsylvania code (http://www.pabulletin.com/secure/data/vol26/26-14/531.html) concerning restroom availability for businesses, I have visited this establishment during Light Up Night in Pittsburgh, First Night, and on this particular occasion, St. Patrick's Day in Market Square. While this establishment TOOK MY MONEY in payment for a cup of coffee and a pastry, they insisted that due to the fact that "port-o-johns" were available in Market Square for public use, they were not required to have their bathrooms available for paying patrons of their establishment. I also witnessed them turning away a pregnant woman who was obviously in distress and in desperate need of restroom facilities because of the port-o-johns being available in Market Square at the time of the festivities. I plan on pursuing this issue further with the Better Business Bureau because I do not believe (in accordance with PA law) it is legal to offer restaurant services and not make restroom facilities available. This is a situation where a business establishment wants to profit off of patrons in the respective vicinity but not offer the services such as restroom facilities to their patrons - how disgraceful for Dunkin Donuts!!!!!!!!! If I could give this particular Dunkin Donuts NO stars, I would....
